Are you aware that each year NCUA reviews one third of their existing regulations? NCUA recently published their 2012 Regulatory Review Schedule. This review process gives you the perfect opportunity to voice any concerns you may have over a rule that is included on the schedule.
If you haven’t already perused the list I strongly encourage you to take some time and do that. There could be a rule in there that has been troubling you for years and you don’t want to miss this chance to let your feelings be known! The deadline to submit comments directly to NCUA is August 3rd.
