We are excited to introduce our readers to a new contributor to the Works blog–Jeff Andersen. Jeff recently joined the PolicyWorks team as Regulatory Counsel.
Jeff provides strategic compliance direction while assisting credit unions with the day-to-day implementation and understanding of federal laws and regulations. Jeff also helps credit unions by reviewing disclosures and other materials, as well as conducting training to support credit unions’ compliance efforts.
Prior to joining PolicyWorks, Jeff worked at the Dickinson Law Firm in the banking and business law groups and focused his practice on helping financial institutions of all sizes meet their regulatory compliance responsibilities. Jeff received his law degree from University of Iowa College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Iowa State University. He is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association.
